What to Expect:
Horseback Riding at Jamaica Bay Riding Academy: Feel the wind on your face and the rhythm of hooves beneath you as you embark on a scenic trail ride through the breathtaking landscapes of Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge. Led by experienced instructors, you'll traverse winding trails, lush forests, and open meadows, immersing yourself in the beauty of nature and the freedom of the open road.
Guided 45-minute trail ride through Jamaica Bay Wildlife Refuge.
Well-trained horses suitable for riders of all levels.
Safety equipment, including helmets and riding gear.
Experienced instructors providing guidance and support throughout the ride.
Hike at Shirley Chisholm State Park: Before and after your ride, we'll venture to nearby Shirley Chisholm State Park for a leisurely hike along its pristine trails. Named in honor of the pioneering congresswoman and civil rights champion, this park offers stunning waterfront views, serene walking paths, and abundant opportunities for wildlife spotting. It's the perfect way to unwind and reconnect with the natural world.
